As men in today's society, we've been taught to be kinder, softer, more sensitive. We've been told we need to stifle our aggressive side. In the process, some feel like they're losing their sense of what defines true masculinity. But the most notable men throughout history didn't back down from challenges, nor did they walk away from their God-given responsibilities. They were Men of Iron.
Forged: Men of Iron is a ministry that challenges men to be true men of God. We believe God doesn't want some guy that fills a spot in a church service every week, but a man, fully equipped with God's armor, that is ready to do battle when the time calls for it. Men who have the fortitude to do what's right in the face of evil, to stand as guardian and protector over their households, leaders to their wives and children, and lovers of Christ in a world full of hate. Men who believe that showing their masculinity is not a detriment, but an advantage. Men who understand that they have a responsibility to model their manhood after a Lamb with the heart of a lion -- Jesus Christ.
